Fridge no longer cooling. Freezer still working, with increased condensation

Discovered that the fridge was not cooling properly a couple of days ago. The temperature inside has become room temperature. The regulator knob had not been changed (always set to Normal prior to this situation). Changing the knob hasn't done anything. Looking for a solution
