Kenmore (Whirlpool) dishwasher model 665-13749K601 does not start.

We've purchased the dishwasher new in 2009 and this is the first problem we've had with it. Now it will not start, and only two LEDs illuminate. The fuse and door lock microswitches test out OK and the wiring is in good shape. Sears Parts said to replace the circuit board, so I did - however, the symptoms did not change. Attempts at resetting (by pushing LED buttons) does not result in anything happening. What next? :-)
