Refrigerator compartment hooter than usual

I bought the refrigerator The performance of this model is excelent. The problem was that the refrigerator compartment was hotter than usual and the freezer compartment was normal. I think I solved the problem. The refrigerator compartment is getting colder that before. There was a plug of ice between the refrigerator compartment and the freezer compartment.
