Help!

My Kenmore microwave hood combination is having some issues right now. It was working just fine until I opened the door to it and now it shows two letters and two small kg and lbs symbols in the top left corner of the screen. None of the buttons are working including the fan and light. Can someone please answer my questions to maybe what this issue is?? Is there a possible reset button? Or do I need a new microwave??
