Fails to drain completely at end of cycle

Water remains in bottom of unit at end of cycle, but does not happen every time. Sometimes unit partially drains. Pushing the cancel/drain button will activate the drain pump and unit will drain.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.

How long did you have this dishwasher for? What is the problem with it right now? What kind of diagnostics did you perform? Any earlier repairs?
