Flashing "Locked Door"

We have model # 911.41485890 combo microwave/oven. When we shut the oven door it sounds as if it is going through the self cleaning cycle however the door will not lock and is flashing "locked door" and we are unable to reset it, turn it off or use any other functions of the oven. Is there a way we can fix this?
