Frozen cold water dispenser on door.
I've had this refrigerator for about 14 years. I've spend over $400.00 in repairs to the section that allows cold air from the freezer into the refrigerator. An ongoing problem has been the cold water dispenser on the door freezing. I installed the heating element under the nozzle but it hasn't helped. This appears to be a common problem with GE. I also noticed that the flap that closes the ice dispenser is not closing completely. I believe this is causing air from the freezer to leak into the water dispenser area. I'm currently trying to fix it.
