Bought this unit about 3 years ago. Had two problems with it : 1. Handle refrigerator loose : was able to repair this myself after getting help by phone from an Amana technician. 2. Need to lift freezer to close it : not solved yet. Have contacted Amana technician again who talked about some plastic washers in the hinge assembly. Need the manual to get further details. Other than that : excellent machine.
