rec. jan.02 2004. temp in oven 150 degrees lower than dial

oven temp a lot lower than what is called for.

Broiler and oven elements stopped working

19 years old, burners work but the oven and broiler elements stopped working. We replaced the fuses in the house fuse box, Could it be the Thermal fuse?
