I was given the unit by the original owner. It worked great for 15 years. When I received the unit, it had been removed from the home due to a non-functional blower. Upon inspection, the root cause was found to be a rusted drain pan and fan shroud on the outdoor heat exchanger. The shroud had separated from the drain pan and was interfering with the fan blades, keeping the motor from turning. A hammer tapping and some plumbers strap later, the unit was repaired and now functions again.
