not happy

We purchased this refrigerator 10 years ago. It started showing rust marks on the outside within 5 years. I painted it. One of the plastic drawers broke. Occasionally the lower piece in the door has popped out when we had several heavy containers like glass wine bottles. It runs but looks terrible.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.
