Main Board Failure

"technicians" of Total Protect repaired this unit several times but it kept malfunctioning, finally they concluded the main board has completely failed.

UPPER RACK CLIPS W/ ROLLERS / BROKE CAN'T SLIDE IN AND OUT

CAN'T FIND PARTS FOR THE 4.5 INCH CLIP THAT GOES ON UPPER RACK OR THE LITTLE WHEELS THEY FIT INTO ON THE GLIDER.
